Return Policy

Please check the products in front of the delivery man. If you don't like them, you can return by just paying the delivery charge.

Note that once you receive the products, we don't have any return policy.

If a refund is approved, please allow 7–10 working days for it to be processed and reflected in your account.

Exchange Policy

If the plushie doesn't meet your expectations, we have an exchange policy with a different plushie — but you have to inform us within two days of receiving the product.

We have a 15-day defect guarantee. If you find any defects within this time, we will exchange it with a new product upon availability in stock. You only have to pay the delivery charge.
