Shipping & Delivery
All orders are dispatched from Dhaka, Bangladesh. Your exact delivery charge and the options available to you are confirmed at checkout.
Delivery charges and times
- Inside Dhaka – Tk 80 – 1–2 business days
- Outside Dhaka – Tk 130 – 3–5 business days
- International – Tk 999 – 5–8 business days
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available anywhere in Bangladesh. You can check your plushie in front of the delivery rider before you pay. Cash on Delivery is not available on international orders, which are paid at checkout.
International orders
We ship to selected countries across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. Availability for your country is confirmed at checkout. Any customs duties, import taxes or handling charges applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or the delivery charge.
All orders are charged in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). If you are viewing prices in another currency, that amount is an approximate conversion shown for reference only.
Pre-order and out-of-stock items
Pre-order or out-of-stock items are dispatched within 12–15 working days.
